If you are new to yoga here's what you need to know:


What to wear - Comfortable fitted clothes, shoes and socks are not worn on the mat. For aerial yoga please remove jewellery prior to class and bring/wear a t-shirt to cover tops of arms.

What to bring - A mat if you have one (I have a few for beginners to use), water, an open mind and a sense of fun.

I cant touch my toes, am I too inflexible to try yoga? - Of course not!!

How many people are in a class? - Usually around 10, but it varies as classes are drop-in.

Can my son/daughter join the class? - Teenagers are most welcome, but my insurance requires he/she must be accompanied by an adult (for the enjoyment of the other class participants, please can the accompanying adult take part in the class, not observe.) 

I have an injury/ health problem/ am pregnant, can I still attend? - Please contact Candice to discuss this prior to attending.

Health form - please print off and complete this health form to bring with you, or arrive a few minutes early to fill one in.
