What to wear - Comfortable fitted clothes, shoes and socks are not worn on the mat. For aerial yoga please remove jewellery prior to class and bring/wear a t-shirt to cover tops of arms.

What to bring - A mat if you have one (I have a few for beginners to use), water, an open mind and a sense of fun.

I cant touch my toes, am I too inflexible to try yoga? - Of course not!!

How many people are in a class? - Usually around 10, but it varies as classes are drop-in.

Can my son/daughter join the class? - Teenagers are most welcome, but my insurance requires he/she must be accompanied by an adult (for the enjoyment of the other class participants, please can the accompanying adult take part in the class, not observe.) Private classes can be arranged for younger children and their family.

I have an injury/ health problem/ am pregnant, can I still attend? - Please contact Candice to discuss this prior to attending.

Health form - please print off and complete this health form to bring with you, or arrive a few minutes early to fill one in.
