James is a 200 hour qualified Yoga Teacher and Animal Flow® Instructor. He is also Candice’s husband and cover teacher!
James has participated and competed in numerous sports and outdoor activities, but over the past decade has pursued his running ambitions, competing in everything from 5K races to 100 mile Ultramarathons. During this time his interest in Yoga developed from an activity that was just to provide a bit more balance to his training into a love and exploration of all kinds of movement including Animal Flow®. Animal Flow is a very exciting and new way of moving which he can’t wait to share with you!
