I started practicing yoga in 2009 in order to improve recovery from trail running. Yoga soon became more than just cross-training and I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2014, and added aerial yoga in 2017. My classes are suitable for beginners and experienced yogis, as modifications and challenges are given to suit the individual. Classes are slow and controlled, yet physically strong. Though we often work towards a peak pose, it is never about the peak pose! I don’t like to be too serious and encourage laughter and a relaxed atmosphere. Every class will begin with top to toe mobilisation and I aim to make each flow functional and beneficial to every day movement.
